The atmosphere in Minsk is super uncomfortable. It’s the big day in the Belarusian capital, where key players are discussing a potential solution to the war in Ukraine. But relations between the leaders of Russia, Ukraine, France and Germany could not be more awkward.

President Vladimir Putin of Russia and President Petro Poroshenko of Ukraine supposedly shook hands, but you wouldn’t know it from the look on their faces.
And a reporter for the Russian publication LifeNews just literally barked at a couple of Ukrainian reporters as they were waiting in Minsk for negotiations to begin.
The 17-second video shows the LifeNews reporter losing it on the Ukrainian reporters while they are all waiting for Putin to enter negotiations. He even screams, “Ruff!” (like a dog):
Things remained equally uncomfortable among the politicians meeting at Minsk.
